Property Development

Iceberg International Ltd distinguishes itself from other developers with its ability to cover all aspects of the development process in-house:

  • In-House construction team comprising various tradesmen, skilled craftsmen, artisans and suppliers.
  • Joinery workshop where bespoke joinery, kitchens, cabinetry and freestanding furniture is made for each project.
  • Various Professionals inclusive of Architects, Physical Planners, Environmental Impact Assessors, Building and Civil Engineers, Practicing Valuation and Land Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, NCA licensed Builders and an M&E specialists.

Handling all work in-house ensures projects are completed on schedule and on budget without compromising attention to detail or quality of workmanship.

Project Management

Iceberg International Ltd offers a comprehensive development management service, bringing our experience and expertise in overseeing the whole process for the benefit of private individuals or investors. Prior to commencement of works we can arrange:

  • funding,
  • planning and other consents; and
  • production of designs, drawings and specifications.

Overseeing each project is a key Iceberg International Ltd priority, bringing direct construction experience, quality control and accountability to the site.

Interior Design

Our in-house design team coordinates the interior design of the development process, ensuring the end product is of the highest quality, whilst maximizing commercial benefits with their supply partners. We combine a deep knowledge of traditional techniques and the latest modern developments in building materials and methods: we believe that our projects represent the best that the sector has to offer.

Marketing and Sales

Marketing, sales and leasing for our portfolio is managed directly by our marketing and sales team from inception to completion.   Strategically, relying on a keen awareness of industry analytics and trends is our key to maximizing market share and optimizing absorption.  At the predevelopment phase, our marketing team works in concert with the architects and designer to craft the property in alignment with current demands.

Our investment and development, construction and marketing and sales teams remain fully-integrated throughout the entire life cycle of a project to ensure efficiency and synchrony.
